Sangaiwe Tented Lodge is set across forty wooded hillside acres near Sangaiwe Gate to Tarangire National Park. The current accommodation comprises 18 standard tents, two family tents and two two-bedroom family cottages. Elevated tented rooms stand on wooden platforms with attached bathrooms, toilets and dressing areas, plus desks, luggage space and indoor and outdoor seating. Private decks overlook Lake Burunge and the Rift Valley. A swimming pool, restaurant, large thatched common area and viewing patio provide shared spaces. The lodge uses solar hot water and offers nature walks and access to Tarangire safaris.
