Hippo Trails Camp is inside Serengeti National Park near Retima Picnic Site and Hippo Pool, approximately 21 kilometres from Seronera Airstrip. The camp operates year-round and lists ten luxury safari tents and two family tents, all raised on wooden platforms. Tents have king or twin beds, sitting areas, desks with charging points, private verandas and en-suite bathrooms with hot water and flush toilets. A raised common tent houses dining, a lounge and a full bar, with a veranda overlooking nearby hills and complimentary Wi-Fi. Electricity and hot water are solar powered.
