How do I get connected?
Create your organization, accept the operator agreement and upload your rates. Add Simbas in your assistant’s apps or connectors settings, sign in and approve access. Try one itinerary, then our team helps verify your organization for full access. Use an MCP-compatible assistant; connection requirements, connector availability and AI usage costs depend on your provider and plan.
What about the distribution network?
Our team helps prepare your rates and safari expertise for distribution. The AI safari consultant builds custom trips from incoming traveller requests through travel sellers. You review, revise and approve proposals, then confirm availability and commercial terms before booking. CloudSafaris handles customer payment for confirmed network bookings, so your team does not need to process that customer payment. Channel availability and activation vary; booking volume is not guaranteed.
What can it do with invoices and payments?
Organize invoices and payment schedules, record customer and supplier payments, and check outstanding balances. In your workspace, recording a payment is bookkeeping. For bookings through the CloudSafaris distribution network, CloudSafaris collects the customer’s payment, so you do not need to process it yourself. Fees on confirmed network bookings follow your operator agreement.
